What personal data we process

When you use our contact form, we process the information you provide, such as name, postal address, telephone number and the message you write.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your information to be able to respond to your inquiry and manage our communication with you. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR art.6.1 f) to respond to customer and visitor contacts, or necessary to take action upon request (art. 6.1 b) if your inquiry concerns a potential agreement.

Recipients of data

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties other than the suppliers we use for website and email operations, who may only process the data in accordance with our instructions.

Transfer outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers may store data outside the EU/EEA. In this case, the transfer will take place using the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards.

Storage period

We will save your data for as long as necessary to process your request and thereafter only if required by law or to be able to handle any future contacts. As a general rule, we delete data from contact forms within 12–24 months after the last contact, unless another agreement or legal requirement applies.
